Refund & Change Policy
Full refunds are available within 24 hours of booking your appointment. Moves booked within 72 hours of the appointment time, are nonrefundable. Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to your appointment time are subject to service credit for a move in the future. Rescheduled appointments are not eligible for service credit.
We allow one update to your appointment date and time, address change, and even service upgrade. Any subsequent updates or time/date changes must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid rescheduling fees.
Damage Liability Waiver
Room2Room Movers will not be held liable for any destruction of items deemed as perishable by our team, or damage to items as a result of inadequate packing.
Once R2R Movers is in possession of an item, it is covered at an amount not to exceed your declared valuation.
Damage Claims
Claims will be settled on an actual cash value at time of loss, excluding mechanical breakdown, improper packing/wrapping, previously damaged items, and/or missing or unaccounted for items. Room2Room Movers reserves the right to attempt repair on any damages as a precursor to awarding actual cash value at time of loss.
The claims process must begin prior to Room2Room Movers departure from the final job location, as listed in the booking process. To begin the claim process, call (334) 707-5582 prior to Room2Room Movers departure from the final job location, as listed in the booking process.
Any claims filed after Room2Room Movers’ departure from the final job location, as listed in the booking process, will be denied.
