Full refunds are available within 24 hours of booking your appointment. Moves booked within 72 hours of the appointment time, are nonrefundable. Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to your appointment time are subject to service credit for a move in the future. Rescheduled appointments are not eligible for service credit. We allow one update to your appointment date and time, address change, and even service upgrade. Any subsequent updates or time/date changes must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid rescheduling fees. Room2Room Movers will not be held liable for any destruction of items deemed as perishable by our team, or damage to items as a result of inadequate packing.
