Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys brainstorming sessions, graphic design, and creativity while making social media content. Most of their efforts can be carried out from their own house, so no need to stress about office hours!

Requirements

Preferred Qualification

  • Background in marketing, content creation, and graphic design
  • General knowledge of how to capture pictures and videos

Our Director of Operations is responsible for leading our movers to ensure each move starts on time and is handled in a safe and efficient manner. This person must have the ability to communicate efficiently with movers and clients to ensure all parties are on the same page. This position will present an individual the opportunity to grow with a company as it looks to scale exponentially. 

Requirements

  • Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must have current auto insurance
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must have access to a smartphone for use on the job

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading teams or organizations
  • Resides in the greater Auburn-Opelika area
  • Able to work full time for R2R Movers
  • Shows the ability to be creative in challenging situations
  • Experience with warehousing and trucking logistics
  • Understands the importance of maintaining healthy relationships with movers and clients

Job Specifications

  • Recruit, train, vet, hire, schedule, and maintain a healthy relationship with each mover
  • Organize and execute an efficient storage operation
  • Manage inventory and equipment
  • Manage trucking logistics
